After leaving Orpheus you will be able to continue to access information, guidance, and support from our dedicated transitions team. They will be here to help you with such things as finding supported housing for further education, independent living, work placements, job opportunities and emotional support with our Transition Well Being Alumni support groups for 6 months.
Orpheus will organise group and individual visits to see different types of housing options. The Orpheus Transition Team will work in collaboration with the Local Authority and housing providers in securing the place you want to live and support with assessments.
